RAPTOR QUANTUM FRAC LLC was formed November, 2024.
A small group of successful individuals , each bringing their specialized experiences, have come together to build a company offering cost effective Advanced New Technology in fluid and power ends.
Our first offerings will be for the Legacy fracking pumps that are available today.
Our first introduction is a patented Anti-Cavitation Device (ACD), Patent No – US 12,006,926 B1, that can be adapted to most Over/Under Fluid Ends without any modification to the fluid end.
The addition of the ACDs to your lines can possibly enhanced fluid end life, valve and seat life, a better retention of sand grain size/shape, allow a higher RPM for an increase in volume output per hour due to an increase of more than 100% available low restriction frac fluid to the suction stroke of the plunger and a possible increase in plunger diameter due to the available fluid supply.
Soon we will be introducing:
- A sleeved Pony Rod Assembly that can be changed in house or field in less than 25 minutes.
- The Talon stay rod line that should cover most breakage problems that are not related to poor maintenance. A real Patent Pending improvement to the outdated rolled thread offerings of today.
- A patent pending Ratcheting Packing Nut offered as a 3 and 4 piece assembly. Ease of use, accuracy and speed has never been this available.
